With over a decade of experience in the field of construction of IT Parks, Commercial Buildings, Hotels, Colleges and School, Rathinam Shelters, a part of Rathinam Group is stepping into creating affordable luxury homes in Coimbatore city. This residential project has been named as “Eden Palette”. It is located in Podanur, Coimbatore Corporation, which is just 10 minutes away from the city centre.

Challenge:

It is well known that apartment culture is right now facing a downfall, since the advent of separate houses and villas. How can we promote apartments in a unique way?

The Solution:

We have witnessed several marketing campaigns of various builders and identified what more can be done to attract the customer. We creatively crafted the virtual image of how the apartment is going to be and presented it in advertisements. We 3D modeled each and every apartment and marketed those designs.

Result:

The unique 3D presentation attracted everyone. They got a clear view of how their apartment will be built. Right from the specifications, features, to location advantages all details were provided as a video presentation along with the 3D models.
